Dialer

Hello,

When VG dialer, dial a number, it will hang-up on the person who answered the phone.

Please find the log file attached.

 

Per log file, answering machine answered the phone. But it fact human answered the phone.

 

I have lower the call progress analysis flags in dialogic board to DX_opten[1]. But it didn’t help.

 

I also added the script to dialer to be run if answering machine answers the phone. But it didn’t help either.

 

Do you have any suggestion how can I solve this problem.

Sometimes you will have humans mistaken for answering machines and vice-versa.

You have specified "none" as the script to use when an answering machine is detected on the outgoing call so with no script specified VoiceGuide hung up.

It should... if you post a trace we can have a look at it.

I think you should specify "ignore" in the answering machine field.

If IGNORE is specified in this field then VoiceGuide will ignore Dialogic's advice that an answering machine was detected and will just start the script/file specified in the "when a real person answers" text box.
